College-Bound Training Seminar (COMING SOON)

$75.00

Join us in congratulating all the local athletes lucky and talented enough to make it to the next level!

This camp is designed specifically for those bound for college athletics next season.

In this one-day camp you will learn what it takes to be a college athlete, how to balance school and athletics, understand expectations, how to set yourself up for success, coaching philosophies, and much more.

Coach Bubb spent years as a collegiate track and field coach at four different universities and understands the ins-and-outs of what is needed and expected of a collegiate athlete, especially in the NCAA. Understanding what a coach looks for when recruiting, scheduling classes around your practices, maintaining a high GPA, and traveling for a team — he plans to pass on all the necessary information to you to help prepare you for a successful freshman year.

This is not just a classroom course. Athletes will be taken out to the football field/track and taken through some basic movement screens, warm up drills, some speed training (pivotal to all sports), and more.

Bring water, something to take notes with, appropriate athletic gear, and a passion for sport!
