Who is RYFT Athletics?
Based in Aurora and serving the Denver metro area, we bring together sprinters, jumpers, throwers, and distance athletes under one roof. Our mission: turn ambition into achievement through science-driven coaching, elite mechanics, and a championship culture.
Our club isn’t just a team — it’s a system built to create champions. Every athlete trains with purpose, guided by coaches who’ve competed and coached at the highest levels. Why the name RYFT?
RYFT redefines the meaning of a rift — not as a divide, but as a moment of transformation. It’s where the break becomes the breakthrough. It’s that split-second when you push past limits, separate from the competition, and tear away from complacency and old habits. Friction becomes fuel. Energy becomes elevation. That’s the RYFT.

“RYFT” is sometimes used by the athletes as an acronym that stands for Run Your Fastest Time.

Schedule
Weekdays 4:30–6:30 PM (weight lifting to follow) + select meets. All practices are structured, progressive, and monitored for load and recovery.
Sprints/Hurdles, Jumps, Throws, and 1-on-1s will be held at Belleview Elementary

RYFT Track Club is the full-season track & field club powered by CoachXPro, offering year-round training for athletes of all events.

Athletes from middle school through masters are welcome. We offer customized programming for every age and ability level. That means elementary and middle schoolers, high school athletes, collegiate athletes, masters, and Paralympic athletes.

Entry fees and travel costs are handled by the athlete or family, keeping club pricing focused on training and coaching.
Depending on the year and meet, entries can be ~$7 per event you wish to compete in or $35 for the meet in total (this is becoming more of the standard).

We’re working out specifics as we speak but we will likely be splitting time between Cherry Creek HS (Stutler Bowl) when the weather is nice, and our Denver Tech Center location for indoor training and weight lifting. See the map below for location.

As it stands, practices will be held 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) from 4:30 - 6:30 PM with weight training following practice.
Depending on the package you sign up for, you may only show up 3 or 4 of the 5 days. All finalized information will be sent out prior to club starting 🙂
