CoachXPro Participant Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any CoachXPro club, program, training session, camp, clinic, or event (“Programs”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern all CoachXPro Programs. They also work in conjunction with the Coach-Client Agreement, which applies to private or ongoing coaching relationships.

Together, these documents define your rights, responsibilities, and the limits of CoachXPro’s liability.

2. Nature of Activities

CoachXPro Programs involve physical activity (running, jumping, throwing, lifting, conditioning, etc.). You understand these activities carry risk of injury or illness and agree to participate voluntarily.

3. Health & Fitness Readiness

You certify that you are physically able to participate safely and will disclose all relevant medical information (injuries, medications, conditions, or allergies) before beginning.

If you notice unsafe conditions, stop and notify a coach immediately.

4. Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release

You knowingly assume all risks—known or unknown—associated with participation, including those that may arise from negligence.

You release and hold harmless CoachXPro, its owners, staff, partners, and facility providers (“Releasees”) from all claims, injuries, or losses arising from participation, except for proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and defend CoachXPro from any third-party claims related to your participation.

5. Personal Insurance

Participants must maintain personal health insurance covering potential injuries. CoachXPro is not responsible for medical expenses incurred during or after participation.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Treat others respectfully and follow staff instructions.

  • Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, or unsafe behavior.

  • Uphold a positive, team-oriented attitude.
    Violation of this code may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are made in advance through official CoachXPro channels (PayPal or Stripe).

Refunds are only issued as described in the Coach-Client Agreement or at CoachXPro’s discretion.

Late or missed payments may result in suspended participation.

8. Cancellations & Schedule Changes

CoachXPro may modify schedules, locations, or coaches due to weather, facility conflicts, or emergencies.

If a session is canceled by CoachXPro, it may be rescheduled or credited at the company’s discretion.

9. Property & Equipment

You agree to use facilities and equipment responsibly and are liable for damages caused by misuse. CoachXPro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

10. Media & Marketing Release

You grant CoachXPro permission to use photos, videos, and likenesses of you for promotional, social media, and educational purposes without compensation.

To opt out, you must notify CoachXPro in writing before participation begins.

11. Termination

CoachXPro may suspend or terminate participation for violation of policies, unsafe conduct, or nonpayment.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Entire Agreement & Relationship

This document, together with the Coach-Client Agreement (where applicable), represents the full understanding between you and CoachXPro.

No verbal promises or outside statements alter these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, with exclusive venue in Arapahoe County.

14. Acknowledgment

By signing or checking the box online, you confirm that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the assumption of risk and release of liability.
